A complete townhouse transformation designed and executed by Somerset’s Design Build team. This project required creative solutions and integrated teamwork to open up the space into a multi-purpose, inviting and bright home. With a desire to ensure the kitchen could be both functional and social, the previously connected room was separated and transformed into an interactive space where sophistication meets family-friendly function. A hidden bathroom in the primary bedroom created more living space including a full wall of built-in closets. A personal gym was built on the basement level including a rubber floor, mirrored wall, television, weight set and bench, cycling trainer and room for a yoga session.
