This project involved an addition to the rear of the house including a basement, ground floor and upper level, as well as a major interior renovation. Noteworthy elements include maximized natural light strategies, high-quality finishes, a state-of-the-art sound-proof recording studio, as well as a unique and clever double-sided screen to create both privacy and interest.
